DEPOSITS

We have updated our deposit policy. Please read carefully.

 

Deposits are due a minimum of 30 days prior to your first appointment

and will be held until your final session, per project.

A deposit is a down payment for you tattoo. The deposit secures the date/time on my calendar.

Your deposit shows your commitment to honor your appointment day/time. If you are unclear on anything regarding 

your appointment date, appointment time or how a deposit works, please reach out to us.

  •  Deposits are required for all appointments, unless your appointment is less than 30 minutes. 

  • Deposits rate depends on artist. Please see their booking form.

  • This deposit comes off the price of your final tattoo session.

  • Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • Deposits do not give you rights to original artwork to use for profit or hobby. Nor do they give you rights to take to someone else.

You will forfeit your deposit

  •  If I have drawn your design and you just decide not to get tattooed.

  • If you NO CALL, NO SHOW or CANCEL without 72 hours notice, you will need to put down another deposit to reschedule, you will lose your deposit

  • If you show up more than 15 minutes late, without notice

  • If you need to reschedule your appointment, your deposit will continue to be applied to your final tattoo session provided that you give 72 hours advanced notice.

  • If you reschedule more than two times.

Deposits can be made via Venmo @blueheroncraftworks, through Paypal, or can be dropped off in cash during a consultation.
